When purchasing in the webshop
When you shop on castens.com, we may process information such as your name, address, postcode, city, country, email address, telephone number, order details, delivery information, payment information, as well as information about your purchases and returns.
When creating a user profile
When you create a user profile, we may process information such as your email address, first name, last name, password, date of birth, language, address, postcode, city, country, gender, newsletter subscription details, sizes and preferences, including information on jewellery sizes and requests.
When booking a design meeting
When booking a design meeting, we may process information such as name, email address, phone number, preferred meeting format, suggested dates and times, information on the type of jewellery you wish to have designed, description of your idea, budget, and any files, images, or sketches you upload.
When signing up for the newsletter
